摘要随着Web2.0的发展和普及,任何一个话题被可以被网民传播、评论,进而形成网络舆情。网民通过发表评论来表达对传播者的传播内容的态度,可以是同意、中立,也可以反对。本文通过五部分内容来研究了网民对传播信息的态度。第一部分从社交媒体、新闻两个角度来论述了目前社会舆情的主题研究;第二部分介绍了传播学相关概念,在5W模式基础上引出传播主题和评论主题;第三部分和第四部分分别定义了社会舆情传播过程中传播主题与评论主题的内容和情感的共振和偏离,提出了描述传播主题与评论主题内容和情感的共振与偏离的方法;最后用“成都被打女司机”事件做实证研究,利用理工大学经济管理学院信息管理系的“网络舆情分析与仿真系统”进行处理和分析,挖掘出每个时间点的传播内容关键词和评论内容关键词,做出每个时间点的关键词云,选取关键时间点的词频较高的关键词并利用三、四部分提出的共振和偏离计算方法进行计算,得到分析结果。31383

Title The Resonance and Deviation between Dissemination Topic and Comment Topic during the Communication Process of Public Opinion
Abstract
With the development and popularization of Web2.0, every topic can be spread and discussed by netizens, and internet public opinion is formed. The Internet users can express the attitude for the contents through the comments, and it can be agreement, neutrality or opposition. The article studies the attitude of internet users for the spread information in five parts. In the first part, the article discusses the study of topic of public opinion research in the angles of social media and the media news at present. The second part introduces the concepts of communication, and introduces the dissemination topic and comment topic based on the 5W model. The third and fourth part put the theories of the resonance and deviation between dissemination topic and comment topic during the communication process of the social public opinion forward, and present ways to describe those. Finally, the article does the empirical research with the event "The Chengdu women driver was beaten", and analyzes it with the "Internet public opinion analysis and simulation system" of the School of information management and information system of NUST, digging out the keywords of contents and comments at each time point and making keywords cloud, and obtains the results by computing the keywords with high frequency.
