Title Analysis of corruption control mechanism in new media
era-taking the case of Liu Tienan as an example
Abstract
In recent years, the development of new media such as Weibo and Wechat has brought much influence on people’s life. New media is also playing an increasing important role in political field with the widening of its content. In anti-corruption field which is a hotpot for ordinary people, cases like Zhou JIugeng and Yang Dacai are all revealed by netizens. As for the case of Liu Tienan, a recently sentenced one, it is a typical case revealed in Weibo and later caused the attention form official investigation bureau. Taking this case as an example, this article intends to point out the auxiliary function of new media for the existing anti-corruption mechanism and offer some advises on how to improve the current mechanism with the help of new media.

1. 引言
新媒体平台的不断发展，使得更多的“草根”阶层有机会就自己所关心的话题发出自己的声音。而在群众一直以来较为关心的反腐领域，人们也有机会通过微博、微信、论坛等新形式，揭露官员的腐败行径，并推进司法检察的介入，为原有的腐败控制机制提供了一定的辅助作用。
1.1 新媒体相关概念简述
“新媒体”这一概念最早是在1967年，由时任哥伦比亚广播电视网技术研究所所长的戈尔德马克在其一份商业计划书中提出。随后在一份递交尼克松总统的报告书中，也出现了“新媒体”（New Media）一词。自此，“新媒体”这一概念逐渐在全球传播开来。
在传统观念中，新媒体往往被看作是网络媒体的另一种名称。人大的匡文波教授结合了国内外观点认为，新媒体应当被定义为“借助计算机（或具有计算机本质特性的数字设备）传播信息的载体”。 这一定义兼顾了较早出现的电子计算机以及新进发展迅猛且较为流行的智能手机、平板电脑等移动数字设备，相对全面客观。本文以下讨论的新媒体皆从属于这一定义范畴。
