摘要:2012年,加多宝集团在与广药集团的官司中败诉,从而丢失了王老吉品牌的使用权,其迅速重新建立加多宝品牌,并不断发展,取得了较大的市场份额及销量。加多宝集团的成功与其广告策略是分不开的。其成功的广告策略主要包括明确的定位策略、兼用感性与理性的诉求策略、以电视媒体为主兼顾新媒体的广告媒体策略,但其广告策略中也存在着品牌定位存在隐患、广告宣传缺乏创意、部分广告中存在虚假和无底线宣传等问题。加多宝未来的广告策略为了更好地发展,其必须围绕优化品牌定位、不断丰富广告创意、善于利用新媒体、不断增强公信力这几个方面进行调整。48839

Analysis The JDB Advertising Strategy
Abstract:In 2012, Jia Duo Bao group lost the lawsuit against Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group.Thereby,Jia Duo Bao group lost the right to use the brand:“Wong Lo Kat”.But it quickly rebuilded the brand “Jia Duo Bao” and continuously developed and achieved larger market share and sales. The success of Jia Duo Bao group with its advertising strategy are inseparable.The successful advertising strategies mainly include a clear positioning strategy, concurrently with the emotional and rational appeal strategy, and TV based media mainly taking into account the new media advertising media strategy.. However, there are also some hidden problems in its advertising strategy, such as the problems of brand positioning and advertising lack of originality, part of advertisement is false and no bottom line publicity phenomenon, and etc. In order to make Jia Duo Bao future advertising strategy for better progress, it had better to focus on optimizing brand positioning, unceasingly advertising rich creative, make good use of new media, credibility, and constantly enhance the several aspects of this adjustment.

浅析加多宝的广告策略近几年,我国饮料产业发展迅速,饮料市场不断扩大。有市场的地方就有竞争,各大饮料品牌之间竞争不断,互有摩擦,甚至对簿公堂,以法律手段来解决矛盾。其中较为具有代表性的,无疑是王老吉和加多宝的商标之争这一事件了。在这场硝烟弥漫的凉茶大战中,王老吉看似是这一系列官司的常胜将军,加多宝也被贴上了“屡败”的标签。但深究便可发现,加多宝虽然输了官司,但并没有失掉市场,反而赢得了人心,获得了市场。之所以会出现这样的结果,主要是因为加多宝对广告的极其重视,其一系列成功的广告策略功不可没。鉴于此,本文将对加多宝品牌的广告策略进行探究。
