Abstract Nowadays, the influx of IP film have entered Chinese film market and the earning power of IP film have caused attention of many aspects。 These obvious benefits make them fight for IP resource。 Seeing the economic benefits and the ability of revitalize the market of IP film, a series of negative effects it brings cannot be ignored at the same time。 Through the discussion of the current situation of IP film and the reasons of its growing, the paper reflects on the negative problems during the development process。 Finally, to promote the future exploitation of IP resource and push forwards the prosperity and orderly development of the domestic film, the paper make some advice。
