摘 要:社会化媒体的迅速发展并日益成熟,推动了中国公益慈善事业的改革与发展。在此背景下,通过对“微博益起来”、“大爱清尘”、“免费午餐”等典型微博公益的深入分析,来考察社会化媒体在社会公益发展中的作用。研究发现,社会化媒体促使公益活动的主体性突显,线上与线下的互动加强,使其一步步朝着现代化方向变革。但在革新公益理念,打造“人人公益”新模式的同时,社会化媒体公益还存在着过于分散、虚假求助、活力有待释放以及缺乏制度保障等方面的问题,这制约着社会化媒体进一步的发展。而在此基础上,通过政府介入、明确立法、整合资源等方面的举措,将促进公益事业的发展,并以此为契机更好的推动我国公益事业的革新。10817

Analysis of the Impact of Social Media on Public Service Activities
Abstract:The social media develops with a rapid speed and becomes mature, which boosts the reformation and development of Chinese philanthropy. Under the circumstance, the deep analysis of some typical micro-blog charities, such as “Micro-blog Charity Together”, “Big Love Dust” and “Free Lunch” helps to examine the role of social media in the development of social welfare. The research shows that social media prompts the highlight of subjectivity, the strengthening of interactive of online and offline, and the change towards modernization. But at the same time of innovating the concept of public philosophy and creating the new model of “everyone charity”, there exists some problems such as fragmentation, false help, activity to be released and lack of institutional protection, which restrict the further development of social media. Based on this, the government intervention, the clear legislative initiative, the integration of resources and other aspects will advance the development and promote the innovation of china’s public welfare thanks to this opportunity.
