摘要随着模具行业技术水平的快速发展,其所占制造业的比例越来越大。塑料模具的 制作最主要的就是注塑过程,但是往往在实际注塑成型过程中,塑件会受到很多复杂 因素的影响而产生缺陷。一般设计者很难预测到塑件在生产成型过程中会产生的缺 陷,基本上都要通过自己的经验,然后经过反复的试模才能投入生产。现如今,这种 方法已经不能满足快速生产的需要,随着软件的普及,CAE技术已经成为注塑模具生 产设计中必不可少的一部分。84945
本文主要是利用Moldflow软件对南京红桔20L盖注塑模具的原始方案进行流动,冷 却以及翘曲的仿真分析,对塑件在型腔中的流动、保压、冷却过程进行模拟,并通过 对原始方案的仿真结果进行分析,预测出塑件在成型过程中可能会产生的缺陷。针对 塑件的缺陷,列举出缺陷产生的原因以及解决方法,然后通过优化来解决或者减少缺 陷。本文先是利用软件最佳浇口模块的分析进行浇口的设计,然后分别通过浇注管道 的设计和水路的设计来建立浇注系统和冷却系统来进行仿真分析,最后找出分析中缺 陷产生的原因进行优化。
通过本文的研究,利用软件对注塑模具生产过程进行模拟和仿真,优化了浇注系 统和冷却系统,减少试模次数和成型质量。

Abstract With the rapid development of technology level of mold industry, mold industry is becoming more and more important。 Plastic mold production is the main injection of the molding process。 But in actual injection molding process, due to many complicated factors, designer is difficult to predict defects in the process of production of the plastic parts, basically rely on experience, then through repeatedly test, repairing mould, adjustment can be put into production。 Now, this method cannot have satisfied the need of rapid production。 Nowadays, this method cannot satisfy the need of rapid production, with the popularity of software CAE technology, it has become an indispensable part in the design of injection mold production。
This design uses the popular CAE software Moldflow to simulate the original scheme in three parts, including flow, cooling and warping deformation, simulating the flow, pressure maintaining and cooling process in the cavity。 And through the simulate analysis results of the original scheme, we can predict the defects which may be produced in the process of production。 Aiming at the defects of plastic parts, enumerate the causes of defects and solutions, then we can use the optimization reduce the defects。 First, we need to use the best gate location to do the optimization design module of snip position, improve the weld line size and location, and then use the best molding process conditions in software process module and gate size set, optimizing the cooling process parameters, finally using the optimal design of pressure curve, to minimize the deformation。
Through the study of this article, I use the software to make the modeling and simulation of injection mold production process, optimizing the gating system and cooling system, reducing the test times and forming quality。
