Delightfully, many researches at home have been done concerning effort management。 For Qiu Juan and Zhong Zhixian (2011), six aspects are to be concerned in the management and they are firm belief, specific target, strong motivation, super will, constant introspection and good reinforcement。 Kou Dong-quan and Huang Ji (2009) have tried to redefine the effort management that McKeachie (1986) has pointed out as a design of learners to put their energy into learning activities, and to enable learning activities efficient and orderly in order to reach a learning goa1, which consists of will-control strategy and self-reinforcing strategy。
1。4 The Significance of the Research
Most students, from childhood, go to school with a conviction that every effort should be paid back, and the more efforts they make, the better performance they will get。 In the view of the current circumstances in China, students’ achievement needs are unprecedentedly high。 As a result, students blindly take for granted that every resource they use could transfer into grades proportionally, which turns out that they spend precious time and effort with no return in investment。文献综述
Time is no measuring implement for effort nor proportional to it。 They are two different resources that learners own and use by themselves。 Although both of them enjoy independence, the two managements are progressing simultaneously rather than sequentially。 So theoretically, common grounds can be found between the two。
As is mentioned above, many researches have been done on the two managements, but separately, so nearly no study has been conducted to make connections or find the correlation in between。
Thus the researcher decides to design a scheme aimed at finding the potential correlation, extracting and distilling the educational implications based on that。
