According to some current researches, we can realize the four factors influencing customer loyalty: customer’ s cognition, customer’s satisfaction, customers’ trust and the budget change and emphasize that the satisfaction is not the only factor influence the customer loyalty. (Chen,2003:72) There are some components influencing customer loyalty such as product quality, price, enterprise activities, overall evaluation and satisfaction.(Nan et al., 2004:12) Based on these concepts and models, this paper does a research on the college students from Jiangsu Normal University on the factors that influence their loyalty of the online courses
