Chapter One Introduction
1.1 Background
With the rapid social development, economic globalization is the main trend of the times. Now, education is faced with the task of cultivating “global talents”, so it is time to increase concerns on Early Childhood Education.
In order to adapt to the development of society, educators pay more attention to Children’s Bilingual Teaching because of perse languages. Now, our country’s position is higher and higher in the world because it is increasingly powerful from day to day. In recent years, Children’s Bilingual Teaching has become a focus in Early Childhood Education in our country. Some of families and kindergartens have begun a preliminary exploration, and even some kindergartens have clearly put forward Children’s Bilingual Teaching as their main characteristics. In addition, the preschool education and linguistic psychology think that communicative competence of foreign languages is a favorable condition that people survive and develop preferably, which has given rise to the boom of Children’s Bilingual Teaching. Children’s Bilingual Teaching is the requirement of adapting to the development of the times and improving the quality of Early Childhood Education.
Teachers, teaching materials and teaching modes and methods are three constituent elements of Children’s Bilingual Teaching. We can see different effects brought by these elements in Early Childhood Education. This thesis uses three elements to talk about the influences of Children’s Bilingual Teaching on Early Childhood Education.

Children’s Bilingual Teaching, as a new area of research, is still in its beginning and exploring stage. Compared with the instant and hurry implementation of Children’s Bilingual Teaching, relevant researches actually are conducted too little. This thesis talks about the development of Early Childhood Education by using Children’s Bilingual Teaching.
Foreign researchers have accumulated rich experience in the theory and practice because their study of bilingual education started early. There are differences in the characteristics and rules of Children’s Bilingual Teaching because the teaching environment in China is different from other countries. Therefore, we must strengthen the research on Children’s Bilingual Teaching by learning and absorbing study results of foreign academic communities, especially for childhood education. How to scientifically analyze the relationship between the mother tongue learning and second language learning; how to ensure that bilingual teaching can be carried out successfully under the precondition of mother tongue learning, and so on.
1.2.2 Purpose
First, teachers are the key to guarantee the high quality of Early Childhood Education. Second, teaching materials can promote the long-term development of Early Childhood Education.
