Since the 20th century, with the progress of science and technology, it is widely acknowledged that the aim of education is to improve the citizen’s quality and enhance the international competitiveness. So governments give much priority to improving the quality of education. Since teachers play a crucial role in education, the teacher education is receiving more and more attention. As a dominant link, pre-service teacher education has also been promoted to a prominent position. Governments have attached great importance to problems in pre-service teacher education and there is a wave of pre-service teacher education curriculum reform worldwide. However, the overall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools is still less than satisfactory in our country. Compared to Australian, it is still the primary stage. And the overall management of teacher education is not perfect.
