In China, most scholars develop researches and studies on the themes and style reflected in Shaw’s
works. Modern Chinese writer professor Wang Zuoliang (2007) once commented that Shaw’s language is filled with strong power and also fascinating at the same time, and although there is no ornate appearance, it is still charming from its sharp, nimble and sophisticated expression and amazingly flexible speed and surpasses spoken language itself.
