Teacher’s lights are characterized by their unique authenticity, richness, and sense of hint. During the delivery of knowledge, teachers directly face students’ eyes instead of their ears, so teachers have to make eye-contact with the students and express their feelings in a right way.     Particularly, pupils do not have good psychological endurance. Thus, we need to control their behaviors with our lights to ensure an orderly class. English is a very difficult subject for pupils because it is their second language. 2.1 Authenticity

    The eye contact has the characteristic of authenticity. According to the research of Darwin, Hayuth, Barmch, etc., the change of peoples’ pupil is the activation sign of nervouscentralis system, which means the variation of peoples’ pupil is affected by the cerebral activity. Although duplicity could come into play when it comes to the language expression, eyes itself show the real thoughts authentically. And the shrinkable tough iris around the pupil can control the variation size of pupil. This kind of work is operated by involuntary muscle, therefore we can’t control the size of our pupils freely. As a result, the variation of pupils reflects the real thoughts when we deal with different visual images, the pupil won’t lie. 

    At a musical lesson in a kindergarten, two children have argued to be the chorus leader, and other classmates booed together. The teacher dealt the situation with coaxing and education. But when the class is over, the principal criticized the teacher for blaming a girl called Lin Jiawen who was the naughtiest in the class.
