摘 要英语作为我国中学的一门重要课程,由于英语自身的独特性,一直是课程改革的重点和难点。目前,在农村初中英语课堂教学中,“教师教地辛苦,学生学地也辛苦”的现象普遍存在。本文运用观察法、文献分析法对农村中学生的英语课堂表现和师生关系在英语课堂教学中的影响进行分析。笔者主要从教师和学生的角度来分析课堂教学效率低的原因,并提出具体的解决方法,例如使用多元的评价策略,避免班级容量大的缺点等。本文旨在探索提高课堂教学质量的方法和策略,希望对今后的农村英语教学有很大帮助。78848

Abstract English, an important course in the middle school of our country, has been the emphasis and difficulty in the curriculum reform。 At present, in rural middle school English classroom teaching, the phenomenon of “It is hard for teachers to teach and students to learn” is widespread。 This paper has analyzed the influence of rural middle school students’ performance in English class and the relationship between teachers and students in teaching activity through observation and  documentary analysis。 The paper mainly has analyzed the reasons of inefficiency of classroom teaching from the views of teachers and students and has put forward specific solutions, such as using multiple evaluation strategies, avoiding the disadvantages of large class capacity and so on。 This paper has aimed at exploring methods and strategies to improve classroom teaching, which can have a great help to improve the English teaching in rural areas。

I。 Introduction

English, as one of the most widely used languages in the world, has become an important tool in international communication, academic, scientific and cultural exchange。 In our country, the main way for middle school students to acquire English is through the classroom。 So the position of English classroom teaching is very important in the whole course of students’ learning English。 If the basis of English learning is not solid in middle school, then in the future study, students will feel more difficult, and tend to become problem students, so effective English classroom teaching can ensure students’ English learning and enter the institution of higher education。 Due to the implementation of new English curriculum standards and challenges in the reform of college entrance examination, teachers need to establish the concept of effective teaching, so as to guide classroom teaching。 According to some researchers, they have shown that rural middle school English teachers’ behavior has a direct impact on classroom teaching effects。 Some teachers cannot express clearly in class, and their teaching methods have some problems and the use of praise in class is not enough, the level of classroom language needs to be improved as well。 Students also have troubles。 For example, learning motivation is not clear; learning state is not good; learning habits are bad; learning methods are not appropriate; self-control ability of learning is poor and so on。 In addition, the author has found some problems in rural middle school, such as obsolete teaching ideas in rural English teachers, teaching skill problems, large capacity of the class, simple English teaching evaluation, inharmonious relationship between teachers and students, the problem on stay-at-home children in the countryside, etc。 This paper has aimed at solving the existing problem of English classroom teaching in rural middle school and putting forward the targeted strategies。
