Modern society increasingly advanced technology, it becomes faster pace of life, the arts have become increasingly demanding, injected a lot of contemporary art, the art of dance as an integrated arts, and his development is inseparable from writers, musicians participation, dance became more colorful. we studied dance and music literary characteristics, which is closely related to the three, who can not say who created, who is more advanced than anyone else, literature, dance, music, inspiration comes from social life, is the crystallization of human civilization , social development, and a powerful witness of changing times, this paper we study dance, dance for future learning more in-depth, contribute to the development of dance career.

浅谈蒙族舞蹈《出走》与音乐的重要性
在《诗•大序》写到：“诗者，志之所之也。在心为志，发言为诗，情动于中而形于言。言之不足，故嗟叹之。嗟叹之不足，故咏歌之。咏歌之不足，不知手之舞之足之蹈之也。
舞蹈是一种以人的肢体动作作为“语言”的艺术形式。它有着其他艺术形式无法替代的社会功能。当人们的感情到达极致，用其他的方式无法宣泄的时候，舞蹈就是最好的表达方式。
舞蹈有自己对生活理解和感受迸发出的热情，通过自己的身体表达形成文字。舞蹈是通过动作表达思想的过程，它的美，贯穿于人流动的整个艺术效果之中，是生活中艺术经验凝聚和号召。舞蹈作品的创作和文学有一定的联系，需要深入知识，研究其文学的的关系，有利于创作出与时俱进，个性鲜明的作品，有利于创作出更有文化内涵，反映人文情怀的作品，有利于展现舞蹈的真正魅力所在。
