Investigation report on stilts art in Huixian
Abstract: stilts is our national folklore has long been the local entertainment, health, fitness, it combines entertainment, is our working people in the long-term production practice of art life accumulation. Has a long history and rich cultural connotation and unique national style of folk traditional entertainment activities. In this paper, the music noumenon Huixian stilts as the research point, through access to relevant information, observation and analysis combined with field investigation, Huixian area, North Henan stilt music art is analyzed from the material, shaping the image of props, the musical instrument, square face, summed up the current situation of Huixian stilt music art development. It has certain reference value for the protection and inheritance of Huixian stilt music art development.

辉县高跷艺术调查报告
高跷因舞者双脚踏跷起舞而得名，又称为“拐子”、“脚把”、“柳木腿”、“高脚马”等多地方性称呼。在2006年5月20日，经国务院核准高跷被列入第一批国家非物质文化遗产名录，得到国家的高度重视。辉县高跷作为豫北地区的一个古老传统艺术，至今已有上百年历史，它以浓郁的民间乡土气息和明亮的旋律，深受广大人民群众的喜爱。但改革开放以来，面临现代音乐的严重冲击、文化生活的日益丰富和审美取向的改变以及对民族民间文化艺术的忽视，在一定程度上阻碍了辉县高跷音乐艺术的传承和发展。要继续发扬和传承这一民族民间艺术文化，就需要有效的保护和扶持,为其营造出良好的发展环境,使辉县高跷的音乐艺术得以更好的发展和传承。
一、辉县高跷的发展
辉县高跷音乐艺术已经历了数百年的历史，早在明清时期，辉县高跷已经非常盛行，建国后它又成了辉县人民翻身愉悦的民间活动，“文化大革命”期间，因被列为“四禁”遭到禁止，直到粉碎“四人帮”后才得以恢复，受时代影响变化，辉县高跷音乐艺术不管从表演形式、服装以及化妆等方面都有了不同的变化。关于高跷的起源也是有多种说法，有劳动说、图腾崇拜说等。
