Abstract：Zhoukou city is located in the China southeast of Henan Province, is located in Shahe, Ying River, Garro River interchange. Is Fu Xi hometown, hometown of me, "a pioneer in China, Kyushu sites" reputation, for thousands of years, living the working people in this creation accumulated blew the folk art and culture, folk music as an important part of our traditional folk music, plays a very important role in the development of traditional music, the labor people's traditional life, ideal and pursuit of life, has a strong vitality. The music of Zhoukou traditional villages in various forms come to the forefront of the times, a creation from the melodious melody and sincere feelings of folk songs, inherited from the ancient times of China sacrificial dance in the dance, there are a large number of folk instrumental music, visual music, a development from infancy, before the Tang, song and Yuan Dynasties, the drama in Ming and Qing dynasty war formation, and the three drama music, Taikang Daoqing and Shahe, introduced the different forms of traditional village of Zhoukou music from the classification, describes and summarizes the Zhoukou music elements of national characteristics. .

周口市传统村落音乐发展现状调查
周口音乐有着悠久的历史，它的起源可以追溯到远古时期，而当时音乐主要是用于祭祀，带有浓厚的地域文化色彩，随着时代的变化，这些远古时期的地方音乐舞蹈都被保留了下来，做到了真正的传承与保留的共存，而且周口的村落音乐不仅在历史当中亦或者是在现今的时代中都具有着深厚的文化内涵，这些村落音乐的保留对现今来说既是传承也是对一个时期音乐的记载，同时也记载了周口民间音乐从发展到现在的过程，这些民间音乐内容丰富，具有时代气息并且经过不断地传承，又增添了时尚气息，融入了新的音乐形式和内容，这些新的形式为这些传统民间音乐的传承和研修也作出了很大的贡献。
