摘 要:进入21世纪后,我国社会经济建设高速发展期,国家加大教育事业的投入,教育事业快速发展。国家开始加大对基础教育的投入,中小学的教育改革也不断在深入,特别是艺术教育的课程的新改革。但是一个突出的问题出现在我们面前:提倡素质教育的今天,我们河南农村由于历史原因,在当下同城市音乐教育发展差距太大,导致整体的基础教育水平低下。分析具体原因:音乐教育观念的陈旧、师资与教材的落后、音乐教育投入不足等。因此,本文就农村中小学的音乐教育现状及中小学音乐教学开设的制约因素进行分析,旨在更好的推进农村中小学音乐教学的开展。24901 毕业论文关键字:农村中小学、音乐教育、制约与开发
