刘麟，1943年生，毕业于中国音乐学院，国家一级作家、著名词作家，中具有抑扬顿挫的诗歌风，使读者朗朗上口。他创作的作品有《母亲河》、《木兰从军》、《昭君出塞》等。他的作品总是充满深情，充满了不屈不挠的斗争以及对生活的希望和由衷赞美，已被选定为中国音乐院校的高级声乐教材，对我国的声乐教育起着深远影响。
2.曲作者简介
王志信，1942年出生于河北乐亭。著名作曲家、指挥家，享有国务院政府优厚的待遇。王志信从小就喜欢音乐，1958年考入中央歌舞团，曾担任中央民族乐团副主任，合唱队常任指挥；他的代表作品有《孟姜女》、《木兰从军》、《母亲河》、《桃花红杏花白》等声乐作品。他曾担任全国青年歌手大奖赛中担任评委，并为海外艺术家讲座。
