摘要： 该设计项目的基地位于福建省泉州市台商投资区，是泉州市中心城市的重要组成部分，经国务院批准为国家级台商投资区，国家级经济技术开发区，国家级高新技术产业开发区的主园区，投资政策优惠。百崎湖生态公园占地面积40.4公顷，是泉州市台商投资区重要的景观地段和城市开放空间，是未来城市在滨水区域结合的中心区域，将成为城市未来的核心。设计应结合国内外先进的设计理念，发挥和利用环湖的自然生态资源优势和特色，将百崎湖独特的生态景观打造成为台商投资区靓丽的城市名片。百崎湖现为自然湖泊，建成后的生态公园应兼具生态调节功能和景观功能，为人们提供文化、休闲、娱乐、观光、健身等多功能服务。公园应规划设计需考虑文化传承、功能合理、生态优先、保留特色和满足当代人生活游憩休闲的需要。设计内容是所有的环境内容，包括总体规划设计及交通、竖向、植物、建筑小品、园路及铺装、夜光、水电等单项规划设计。

The design of traffic facilities and landscape planning of Quanzhou Bai Qi Lake Ecological Park
Abstract: the design project of the base is located in Taiwanese Investment Zone in Fujian city of Quanzhou Province, is an important part of downtown Quanzhou City, approved by the State Council as a national Taiwanese Investment Zone, the statelevel economic and Technological Development Zone, the main park, a statelevel hightech Industrial Development Zone, investment preferential policies. Bai Qi Lake Ecological Park covers an area of 40.4 hectares, is a Taiwanese investment zone of Quanzhou City, an important landscape areas and open space in the city, is the future of city in the central region of the waterfront area, will become the core city of the future. The design should be combined with the domestic and international advanced design concepts, full use of the natural resources superiority and the characteristic, the unique landscape Baiqi lake into the Taiwanese Investment Zone beautiful city name card. Bai Qi lake is a natural lake, ecological park is completed should be both ecological regulation function and landscape function, culture, leisure, entertainment, tourism, fitness and other multifunctional service for people. The park should consider cultural inheritance, rational functions, ecological priority, retention characteristics and satisfies the needs of the contemporary life recreation planning and design. The design content is all environmental content, including the overall planning design and traffic, vertical, plants, buildings, road and pavement, luminous, hydropower and other inpidual planning and design.

1 绪论
在城市化进程中许许多多的地方都建设成了一座座的城市，然而在这个过程中城市画的许多环境问题相伴而生，为了改善这种现象，生态公园的建设在城市化的大趋势中变得尤为重要，生态公园指以生态学和生态文化为指导思想，结合了传统城生态公园和主题公园(人造景观)各自的特色而建立的一种新型的城市公园，是公园发展的一个历史阶段。生态公园所致力或强调的，是综合生态量的最大化。即：1在生态与环境方面，生态公园强调对整个城市生态环境的参与意识，主张有目的、有组织地开展城市的肺、生物多样性保护和文持自然生态过程，以及为市民提供身心再造场所的工作；2在社会生态方面，生态公园强调服务需求关系的重要性，致力于公园简介满足社会时尚性的和持久性的需求，从而为社会生活的主体人的素质提供保持或提高的帮助；在经济生态方面，生态公园承认有条件获取公园经济收益的合理性，并努力使这种收益在合理的范围内达到最大。
