摘要：随着我国城市化进程的发展，城市在不断的更替与发展，为了尊重城市的历史同时推动城市建设的发展，对于历史景观的保存和再利用对城市记忆的保存、城市历史文脉的延续和城市特色的建构起到了不可替代的作用。下关大马路自晚清开始，由于毗邻商埠码头，曾是南京市最繁华的商区之一，中国近代许多重大的历史事件和重要的开埠通商活动都发生在这里。它不仅具有一定的历史文化价值，而且能充分反映塑造它的那个时代的特定环境所独具的人们的生活。但随着水运的没落，如今大马路已辉煌不在，大片用地被拆除，如何使大马路适应未来发展已成为不可忽视的问题。本文以南京市下关大马路为研究对象，依据历史景观保护与适应性再利用的相关知识，借鉴国内外历史景观保护与再利用的实例，在现有场地基础上，采取改造和保护相结合的方式，对其进行适应性再利用设计，探索使其保留文化内涵的同时适应社会发展的方法。38767

Adaptive Reuse Of Historical Landscape Planning and Design In Dama Road,Nanjing,Jiangsu
Abstract: With the development of Chinese urbanization process, urban is in constant change and development, in order to respect the history of the city and promote the development of urban construction, conservation and reuse of the historical landscape of urban memory preservation, the continuation of urban historical context and the construction of city characteristic plays an irreplaceable role. Dama Road,since the late Qing dynasty, due to the adjacent to the commercial port wharf, was one of the most prosperous business district of Nanjing. In the modern history of China, many important historical events and important opening wharfs activities are taking place here. It not only has a certain historical and cultural value, but also fully reflects the people's life in the particular environment of the era that shaped it. But as the demise of the water transport, large tracts of land were removed, how to adapt to the future development of Dama Road has become a problem which can not be ignored.This article takes Dama Road as the research object, on the basis of the knowledge of historical landscape conservation and adaptive reuse ,and take historical landscape protection and reuse at home and abroad for reference. On the basis of existing sites, combining the way of reclaiming and protecting to design the site by the way of adaptive reuse ,and to explore the way of retaining cultural connotation and adapting to social development at the same time.
