摘要服务经济时代,服务设计对于企业来说是一种重要的竞争方式,而互联网则是服务设计的重要载体。随着信息技术的迅速发展,越来越多企业通过互联网这一途径来提升自己的服务和竞争力。在这一形势下,一些传统红木家具企业没有跟上时代的脚步,与互联网相脱离,因而受到了很大的冲击,在企业的发展方面遇到了很大的困境。如何设计出适应环境、行之有效的商业模式,如何设计出满足顾客需求的系统性服务方案,实现商业模式创新,是红木家具企业所面临和急需解决的问题。83814
互联网思维是商业模式创新的一种思维方式,“互联网+”模式为传统企业的模式创新和价值的创造带来了一种新的方法。文中对传统红木家具企业进行了调研,针对存在的问题,将利用互联网思维,通过互联网+红木家具,使得红木家具企业互联网化。因此,本文主要是通过对服务设计以及互联网思维的深入分析,结合红木家具企业的现状,为其提供一套红木家具的服务系统设计,主要是从企业官网、微信平台以及红木家具体验馆三个方面进行设计,让顾客不仅可以在网上买到货真价实的红木家具,还可以在网上选择想要定制的产品,线上与线下紧密结合,为顾客提供更加方便、个性化、愉悦的体验。
