摘 要:随着社会进步与发展,居民消费水平的提高,居民对饮品的要求越来越高,不在只是注重饮品本身的口,更加注重饮品的服务与创意。面对竞争日益激烈的竞争,师专路牛杯杯面临的问题也越加严峻。本文以师专路牛杯杯为对象,是基于波特五力模型的基础上进行分析的。首先,本文简要介绍牛杯杯的基本概况,包括目前饮料市场的外部环境、牛杯杯的介绍、消费者的行为习惯等。其次从供应商的议价能力、购买者的议价能力、新进入者、潜在加入者、现有商店五方面进行分析。最后从五力分析中得出结论,分析出牛杯杯的优势与劣势。针对牛杯杯的劣势与不足提出可行的解决方案。加大推广牛杯杯的品牌理念,增强淮安牛杯杯的影响力和营销力。55383

Abstract:With the development of economic, residents' consumption level are gradually increased, people have increasingly high requirements of drinks, which not only focus on the taste of the drink itself, but pay more attention to the service and ideal of the drink. Faced with increasingly fierce competition, ShiZhuan road’s Milko encountered more serious problems. This paper takes ShiZhuan road’s Milko as object, which based on porter five models to make analyses. First, this paper makes a brief introduction about the basic conditions of Milko, including the current external environment of drink, Milko’s introduction, consumer behavior, etc. second, from the bargain ability of suppliers, the bargain ability of buyers, new entrants, potential entrants, existing stores to make analyses. Finally we can make conclusions from five models and find that the advantages and disadvantages of Milko. In terms of the disadvantages and shortages of Milko, this paper will put forward to effective and feasible solutions to promote of Milko’s brand ideal and strengthen the influence of Milko.
