        In today’s society, with the improvement of living standards, the morbidity of the disease of heart and cerebral vessels not only increase rapidly, but also its death rate is the highest among the various diseases. Flavonoids (rutin is presented)has played a pivotal role in the treatment of heart and cerebrovascular disease. And rutin [Rutin, also known as rutin (Rutinoside)] is one typical representative which is the main component of Sophora japonica L.
        In addition, although there are widely distributed locust trees, but due to different soil, water and climatic conditions in various regions lead to different quality locust trees generated by each of the local bud of sophora japonicas’. If many kinds of locusts mingled together, it will cause unnecessary subsequent processing. In this respect, the content of bud of sophora japonica is also limited, so we must use limited resources to obtain maximized production.
        Taking these two points of view, the extraction technology of rutin of active ingredient from the sophora japonica nature has also become a hot research field. To enlarge extraction ratio and extractive substance’s purity, many scholars explore various extraction method, such as (hot) alkali-dissolution and acid-sedimentation with the solution, ultrasonic radiation method, continues reflux extraction method, and so on. These methods have high extraction rate, but low purification rate and have high purification rate, but low extraction rate. According to the data, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese traditional medicinal extraction method, Ultra phonic radiation not only can short the time of rutin’s extraction, but also can improve extraction rate of rutin, which can decrease expense of production to produce high benefit and high quality products. Besides, using ethanol as solvent can increase dissolution capacity and improve extraction rate of production so that can reduce buying expenses to enlarge economic benefit. Therefore, I intend to adopt the method of superposition of integrating three advantages and ignoring their disadvantage to ensure the design of rutin extraction method which is efficient, rapid, high purity—the method of ultrasonic radiation and alkali-dissolution and acid-sedimentation with ethanol.
        ⑴ the source of task
        The design’s title is technology design of Chinese medicinal extraction workshop annual processing 600tons of sophora rice. It is based on study of professional basic courses, reasonable design process and choose the relative processing equipment. It introduce briefly flos sohporae’s fuction, main application production status and development tendency. What’s more, it also make sure adopting craft production method of ultrasonic radiation and alkali-dissolution and acid-sedimentation of the design specification and through the material balance and heat balance, I can determine equipment process parameters and consume thchnic index at the same time can make relative illustration about extracting rutin in security considerations and the “three wastes” treatment. Furthermore, relative design papers are drawn, including process flow diagram, layout chart of equipment and so on.
