    摘要:禽流感(Avian Influenza,AI)是禽流行性感冒的简称,是正粘病毒科中的A型流感病毒引起的一种禽类传染病,其病原通常称为禽流感病毒(Avian Influenza Virus,AIV),根据致病力的不同可分为低致病性禽流感(LPAI)和高致病性禽流感(HPAI)。自AI发现以来,该病给世界各国的养禽业造成了巨大的经济损失,并且对人类的健康造成威胁,加强对其研究的重视程度十分必要。本实验针对2017年1月至3月山东省烟台市和临沂市家禽养殖场送检的病料样品,运用病毒分离和RT-PCR方法对样品进行AIV检测。经过分离鉴定,从85份样品中分离到16株AIV毒株,检测出29份AIV阳性样品,阳性率为34.1%。其中阳性样品中的H5亚型、H7亚型、H9亚型和其它亚型AIV的样品数分别为2份、20份、16份和1份,分别占总样品数的2.4%、23.5%、18.8%和1.2%,阳性样品中有8份样品检出了多种亚型AIV混合感染,占总样品数的9.4%。这些结果说明这些养殖场在冬、春季有一定程度的AIV流行,并且以H7亚型和H9亚型AIV为主,同时存在AIV混合感染的情况。29820

    Epidemiological Investigation of Avian Influenza Virus in Farms in Some Areas of Shandong Province
    Abstract: Avian Influenza (AI) is an infectious disease caused by influenza A virus within the orthomyxoviridae family. The pathogen is commonly referred to as avian influenza virus (AIV). According to the different pathogenicity, AI can be pided into low pathogenic avian influenza (LPAI) and highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI). AI is an important type of disease that affects poultry and human health,  and it is necessary to strengthen the importance of its research. In this experiment, the AIV was detected by virus isolation and RT-PCR method for the samples of poultry farms in Yantai and Linyi from January to March in 2017. After isolation and identification, 16 strains of AIV were isolated from 85 samples, 29 AIV positive samples were detected from 85 samples, and the positive rate was 34.1%. The numbers of positive samples of H5 subtype AIV, H7 subtype AIV, H9 subtype AIV and other subtypes AIV were 2, 20, 16 and 1 respectively, accounting for 2.4%, 23.5%, 18.8% and 1.2% of the total samples respectively. 8 samples of positive samples were detected in AIV mixed infection, accounting for 9.4% of the total samples. These results indicate that these farms have a certain degree of AIV prevalence in winter and spring, and are mainly infected with H7 subtype AIV and H9 subtype AIV. And these farms also have situation of AIV mixed infection.
