摘要本文研究了聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(简称PDMDAAC)阳离子水凝胶的制备工艺。在本课题组已有研究工作基础上,采用引发剂一次性加入-三步升温方式,以工业DMDAAC阳离子单体为原料,APS为引发剂,BIS为交联剂,采用产物溶胀度SR和单体转化率Conv.为考察指标进行正交优化实验,初步得到PDMDAAC水凝胶的较佳制备工艺条件,为:w(DMDAAC)=70.0%、m(BIS):m(DMDAAC)=0.10%、m(APS):m(DMDAAC)=0.35%、T1=46.0℃、T2=54.0℃和T3=72.0℃。进一步,考察了交联剂用量m(BIS): m(DMDAAC)、单体质量分数w(DMDAAC)、引进发剂用量m(APS): m(DMDAAC)和反应温度(T1、T2和T3)对PDMDAAC水凝胶产物溶胀度SR与单体转化率Conv.的影响规律。得到PDMDAAC水凝胶的溶胀度最高为1407.2,对应的单体转化率Conv.为99.4%,其中PDMDAAC水凝胶的溶胀度最高值尚未见国内外文献报道。本文研究内容为PDMDAAC阳离子水凝胶的制备及其应用奠定了良好的基础。关键词聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 水凝胶 溶胀度 单体转化率8310

Title The preliminary study of the preparation of poly quaternary ammonium salt hydrogel
Abstract
The preparation of poly dimethyldiallylammonium chloride cationic (PDMDAAC) hydrogel has been studied in this paper. Based on the research results of the research group, the preliminary optimum conditions for PDMDAAC hydrogel preparation have been obtained by using commercial DMDAAC as monomer, APS as initiator, BIS as crosslinker, and the polymerization method that the APS was added in a lump and polymerization temperature was increased stepwise to complete the polymerization gradually. The obtained preliminary optimum conditions are, w(DMDAAC)=70.0%, m(BIS):m(DMDAAC)=0.10%, m(APS):m(DMDAAC)=0.35%, T1=46.0℃, T2=54.0℃ and T3=72.0℃. Moreover, the influences of various factors on the swelling ration (SR) and Conv. of PDMDAAC hydrogel were investigated. These factors were m(BIS): m(DMDAAC), w(DMDAAC), m(APS): m(DMDAAC) and polymerization temperatures (T1, T2 and T3). The highest SR of obtained PDMDAAC hydrogel was 1407.2 and its corresponding Conv. was 99.4%. It is worthy to note that the SR of the highest value of PDMDAAC hydrogel has not been reported yet. All of the research results could be the well fundamental of the preparation and application of the PDMDAAC hydrogel.
