摘 要:土壤固化酶是一种绿色环保、成本低廉的土壤固化剂,在道路施工等方面有广泛的用途,国外已有相关产品开发并在我国道路施工领域得到应用,但存在不适合我国路况的问题。而国内目前还没有将此项产品商业化。本实验主要目的是对土壤固化机理以及土壤固化酶发酵优化条件进行研究,开发适合我国国情的新型土壤固化酶,打破国外龙头地位、弥补国内欠缺,为土壤固化酶在道路施工等领域的绿色应用奠定技术基础。同时,本实验以研究发酵培养基及其条件的优化促进土壤固化酶的生长和提高其产酶能力。最后确定下来最优培养条件为:葡萄糖10g/L、氯化钠10g/L、酵母粉15g/L、pH为8.0、培养温度为30℃。71796

Fermentation optimization of Soil Curing Microorganisms
Abstract: Soil curing enzyme is a green, low cost of soil curing agent. It has a wide range of uses in road construction and so on. Foreign related products have been developed and applied in the field of road construction in China, but there is not suitable for China's road conditions. At the same time, our country has not yet commercialized this product. So the main purpose of this experiment is to study the soil curing mechanism and the optimization conditions of Soil Curing Enzyme Fermentation, to develop a new type of soil curing enzyme suitable for China's national conditions, to break the monopoly of foreign technology, to fill the gaps in this field, to lay the technical foundation for the soil curing enzyme in the field of road construction and other areas of green technology. The optimum culture conditions are as follows: glucose 10g / L, yeast extract 15g / L, sodium chloride 10g / L, pH 8.0, culture temperature 30 ℃.
