摘要近年来,国内外连续爆发多起大面积停电事故,造成了巨大的经济损失和深刻的社会影响,在大停电事故后及时执行合理可行的黑启动方案能有效加快系统恢复进程,减少停电损失。负荷恢复作为系统恢复的根本目的贯穿于整个恢复过程,负荷恢复的优化能够加速系统重构,减少停电损失,使系统恢复效率得到最大化,因此研究黑启动的负荷恢复具有重要意义。84376
本文对黑启动过程中的负荷恢复方法进行研究,采用分时步的恢复策略,综合考虑负荷恢复过程中的机组爬坡率限制,平衡机组出力约束和电压约束,按照功率平衡和负荷的重要性原则将每个时步增加的发电机出力分配给负荷,并通过调整负荷的恢复量使系统满足各种约束。对于系统出现的电压越限,本文用基于灵敏度分析的方法调整各节点的负荷,使系统满足电压约束,从而保证整个系统安全稳定。本次研究按照上述方法建立了黑启动的负荷恢复模型,并在IEEE39节点系统中验证了该方法的有效性。

Title Study on load recovery methods during Power Black-start
Abstract In recent years, a lage-area power outage have broken out continuously in the world,causing huge economic losses and profound social impact。It can effectively speed up the process of system recovery and reduce the loss of power failure in the timely implementation of the reasonable and feasible black start scheme after the blackout。Load restoration throughout the whole recovery process as a fundamental purpose of the system recovery。The optimization of load recovery can accelerate the system reconstruction, reduce the outage loss, and maximize the efficiency of the system, so it is significant to study the load recovery of the black start。
This paper focuses on the research of load recovery methods during power system black start。The restoring process is carried out step by step based on a fixed time interval。According to the principle of power balance ,let the Increased output the generator allocate to the load at each time step,and through the adjustment of the amount of the load to meet the various constraints of the system。For the voltage limitation of the system, this paper adjusts the load of each node based on the sensitivity analysis method, so that the system can meet the voltage constraint, so as to ensure the safety and stability of the whole system。According to the above method, this study established a load recovery model of black start, and verified the effectiveness of the method in the IEEE39 bus system。
