摘要随着科学技术的不断发展和用户需求的不断提高,PLC 不再局限于逻辑控制, 在运动控制、过程控制等领域也发挥着十分重要的作用。凭借高精度的运动控制 优势,伺服系统广泛应用于火炮的控制、自动机床等高精度领域。本文通过开发 写字程序来研究和应用三菱 PLC 和伺服系统。84427
在查阅大量资料的基础上,本文设计了系统的硬件构架,定义了输入输出端 口。系统硬件构架包含二自由度十字滑台、FX3u·FX3uc 系列 PLC、伺服电机以 及伺服控制器等。在三菱 FX3u·FX3uc 系列 PLC 的介绍中,阐述了三个重要的定 位指令,以及指出了与 FX2N 系列 PLC 在特殊辅助继电器和特殊数字寄存器的区 别。
根据预期要求实现的功能,本文设计了机械原点回归,手动调试、流程控制 和报警等 PLC 程序。在此基础上,本文设计了以“江科大”为内容的自动写字程 序。它以绝对定位指令为核心,实现了对二自由度十字滑台的点位控制。
在对 PLC 的不断熟悉和研究中,本文开发了新的算法,用相对定位指令搭建 运动轨迹来实现灵活调整字体的大小,用绝对定位指令来调整起始位置以及顺序 控制实现字库的调用。最后,本文加入了人机界面,实现了实时修改操作。

Depending on the intended functionality required to achieve,this paper design mechanical OPR, manual debugging, process control and alarms PLC program。On this basis, we design a "江科大" automatic writing for the content of the program。 It
is an absolute positioning command as the core, to achieve the two degree of freedom of cross-slide position control。
In the PLC increased familiarity and research, we developed a new algorithm, using relative positioning command structures trajectory to achieve the flexibility to adjust the font size, using absolute positioning commands to adjust the starting position and sequence control to achieve font called。Finally, we added a man-machine interface, achieve real-time modifications。
