本论文主要通过对FANUC Series 0i MATE-MC系列X7124数控铣床的改造,进行自动加工平台的设计,主要实现触摸屏控制机械手从仓料平台自动夹取工件至机床中进行自动加工的功能。按照该平台的组成要求,选择包括机械手、自动旋转仓料平台、触摸屏主控制系统以及改造过后的机床等四大部分。本次设计中,通过触摸屏与三菱PLC的连接,再将PLC与其他三部分相关联,然后进行各部分的程序编辑及调试,实现通过触摸屏中的操作按钮进行控制机械手的工件搬运、仓料平台的自动旋转,以及机床自动门的开关和机床夹具的自动夹紧与松开。本文设计系统中,触摸屏的人机交互、PLC程序的功能实现与数控铣床的加工一体化,通过彼此间有效的通讯连接,根据各个设备实时状态然后进行顺序控制,这样能确保自动加工平台的平稳运行,同时充分展现出工业化自动加工的智能化。通过各部分的相互配合,完成本次加工系统的设计要求以及实现其功能。

Abstract With the advancement of technology and industry in-depth development of 4。0,the level of social productive forces have increased Significantly , and human labor has long been exhausted, labor output costs rising , thus many manufacturers have started looking for a new place of labor productivity。 Therefore, the development of automated processing platform has entered a new orbit。
This paper introduces through the transformation for FANUC Series 0i MATE-MC series X7124 CNC milling machines, designed automatic processing platformate to mainly achieve touch screen control manipulator automatically gripping the workpiece to the machine for automatic processing function from the Bunker internet。 According to the composition requirements of the platform, we change four major sections, including manipulator, automatic rotation Bunker platform, touch-screen master control system and after the transformation of machine tools and so on。 In this design, through connecting the touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC , then PLC and other three parts associated again, and the program edit of each part and commissioning, to achieve controlled manipulator carry workpiece , Bunker platform automatic rotation, as well as machine automatic door switch and automatic clamping fixture release by touch screen action buttons。 This design system, human computer interaction of touch screen, PLC program to achieve functional and CNC milling machines processing, through effective communication between each connection and sequence control according to real-time status of each device, this will ensure automatic processing platform run smoothly, while fully demonstrated industrialization intelligent automatic processing。 Through the cooperation of each part, the design requirements of the processing system and the realization of its function are completed perfectly。
