摘要传感器指的是能感受规定的被测量并按照一定的规律转换成可用信号的器件或装置,通常由敏感元件和转换元件组成。我国传感器产业正处于由传统型向新型传感器发展的关键阶段,它体现了新型传感器向微型化、多功能化、数字化、智能化、系统化和网络化发展的总趋势。21340
传感器技术是现代科学技术发展水平的重要标志,它与通信技术、计算机技术构成现代信息产业的三大支柱。本篇文章主要研究在压力测量基础上的液位传感器,首先分析了扩散硅压力传感器的工作原理,然后在此基础上设计传感器电路,其中包括信号采集、信号放大、模数转换以及信号输出部分,应用Atmega128单片机实现主要功能,最后编写程序以完成整体设计。
本次研究设计的液位传感器系统成本低廉、对外界的响应快、体积小巧而且相当智能化,缺点就在于是没有考虑温度的影响,但这对于一般的液位测量已经是足够的了。

Title Design of digital liquid level sensor based on pressure measurement
Abstract
The sensor is a device which can feel the regular measured value and convert into the useful signal according to certain rules, usually composed of sensitive components and conversion components. The sensor industry of our country is in the crucial period of development from traditional to new sensors, it reflects the general trend of the development of new sensors to miniaturization, multifunction, digital, intelligent, systematic and network.
Sensor technology is an important symbol of modern science and technology development level, it and communication technology, computer technology constitutes the three major pillars of the modern information industry. This paper mainly research the liquid level sensor based on pressure measurement, firstly analyze the working principle of the diffusion silicon pressure sensor, then design the sensor circuit on this basis, including signal acquisition, signal amplifier, analog-to-digital conversion and signal output part, application of Atmega128 single chip to achieve the main function, and finally write a program to complete the overall design.
Liquid level sensor system designed in this study has the advantages of small volume, low cost, fast response and high intelligent degree, the deficiency is not considering the influence of temperature, but for the measurement of liquid level in general is already enough.
