摘要本论文是基于PLC,对三相异步电动机实现控制,并且,通过PLC连接变频器,实现变频器对于电机的频率以及正反转的控制,并且通过组态王动画演示。通过PLC的可编程控制,也就是梯形图,实现了一些对于电机的运转的控制。比如,点动控制与连续控制,开关延迟控制,以及正转与反转的循环控制。通过对变频器的设置,并且通过将梯形图写入变频器中,便可以实现通过操控按钮,达到控制电机运转速度以及正转与反转。通过这样方便快捷的控制,可以方便的操控电机的运转,在现实生活中具有很大的意义,因为三相异步电动机在生活与生产的过程中应用极为广泛,能够实现简单并且便于修改的控制,可以将生产的效率大为提高。同时,通过组态王,将操纵电机的情况进行动画的演示,做到形象生动,观察电脑频幕即可了解电机的运行状态,方便的同时具有很大的现实意义,操作人员可以从嘈杂的生产车间环境中解脱出来,更为高效且便捷的监视并且控制现场机器的运转情况,造福了人类社会,是生产进步的体现。25849
