摘要:船舶主配电板是船舶电力系统中的重要环节,负责对船舶电力系统中的输出电功率进行分配,控制,监测和保护。船舶主配电板的设计优劣直接关系到电力系统供电的连续性,稳定性和供电质量,是船舶能否安全可靠运行的重要考察指标。

本论文阐述了船舶电力系统的设计过程和元器件选型。首先,以长江下游监测船为例,分析船舶电力系统的特点和基本参数,简单介绍长江下游监测船配电板的功能,组成,从整体上对船舶配电板进行分析。并参照船舶设计的相关规范和标准,进行系统化和功能化的完成船舶配电板设计。主要内容包括:船舶发电机的选择;船舶电力系统配电装置设计;配电板的电气原理图设计等。其中,主要元器件具有短延时,长延时,瞬时,逆功率,连锁等完善的功能配置。然后,通过分析船舶电力系统过载产生的原因,对船舶配电方式和保护装置的选型作了论述。最后,对船舶配电板的设计进行相关的检验和进行效用,温升,耐压等主要项目的试验。以此来完成集负荷分配,监测,控制和保护功能于一体的船舶主配电板设计。在设计过程中,既要满足船舶实际要求,达到安全稳定的运行,也要对经济方面做适当的节约。

该配电板已通过现场调试,投入使用。结果表明运行良好。

Abstract:The main marine switchboard is an important part of the ship power system. It is responsible for the distribution, control, monitoring and protection of the output power in the marine power system.The design of the main switchboard is directly related to the continuity, stability and power supply quality of the power supply system. It is an important index for the safe and reliable operation of the ship.

The design process and component selection of marine power system are expounded in this paper. Firstly, we choose the monitoring vessel of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River as an example and analyze the characteristics and basic parameters of the ship power system. The function and composition of the monitoring board about the lower reaches of the Yangtze River are briefly introduced, and the ship power distribution board is analyzed. Then we have made a systematic and functional completion of the design of the ship's distribution board with reference to the relevant specifications and standards of ship design.The main contents of this paper include the selection of marine generator, the design of power distribution system for ship power system and the electrical schematic design of power distribution board. The main components have perfect function configuration such as short delay, long delay, instantaneous, reverse power, chain and so on. Then, through analyzing the causes of the overload of the ship's power system, the distribution mode of the ship and the selection of the protection device are discussed. Finally, the design of the ship power distribution board is tested and the main items such as utility, temperature rise, pressure resistance are tested  too. In order to accomplish the functions of load distribution, monitoring, control and protection, the main switchboard of the ship is designed. In the design, we not only need to meet the actual requirements of the ship and achieve safe and stable operation, but also need to make appropriate economic savings.

The switchboard has been passed the on-site commissioning and put into use.The results show that the operation is well.
