摘要:生产设计是船舶设计中非常重要的一环。生产设计是否成功将对船舶的建造质量产生直接影响。生产设计是解决“怎样造船”和“怎样合理组织造船生产”的问题。它的含义是,在船舶设计过程中,在确定船舶总的建造方针前提下,以详细设计为基础,根据船厂施工的具体条件,按工艺阶段、施工区域和单元绘制记入各种工艺技术指示和各种管理数据的工作图表,以及提供生产信息文件的一种设计过程。

本论文主要研究的是电气生产设计,是以37200DWT散货船电气产设计-货舱区域为例,运用TRIBON软件,来完成该分段的三维建模和分段工作图(包括:作业图封面、零件明细表、分段结构图、拼板图),以及制作装配计划和绘制装配图。通过该分段的生产设计,已经能够熟练的使用TRIBON软件进行建模和出图。运用生产设计,可以大大缩短造船周期,有效的提高生产效率,降低成本,为船厂带来更好的经济效益。

Abstract:Production design is a very important part of ship design. It’s successful or not will give a directly effect to the quality of the shipbuilding. Production design is to solve the problem of "How to ship" and "How to organize shipbuilding production". It is based on technology phase, the construction of regional and unit credited to a variety of mapping instructions and a variety of technology management data charts, and the provision of production information of a design process document. This is the meaning of it. Production design is in determining the overall construction of the ship under the premise of the principle to the basis of the detailed design, in accordance with the specific shipyard construction conditions.

This paper studies the production of the electric design, the production is based on the electric production design of engine area of 37200 tons bulk cargo ship - the hold area for example, the use of TRIBON software, to complete the three-dimensional modeling and sub-sub-work plans (including: the operating diagram cover, spare parts breakdown, sub-structure, puzzle map), and the production of assembly plans and assembly drawing. Through the production of sub-design, has been able to use skilled TRIBON modeling software and a map. The use of production design, can greatly shorten the shipbuilding cycle, effective to increase productivity, reduce costs, in order to bring better cost-effectiveness shipyards.
