摘要众所周知,在最近的几十年间电力电子技术得到了飞速的发展,其核心之一—逆变技术也受到了人们广泛的关注。故以此为基础的逆变器、逆变电源等也逐步走向了人们的生活当中。但是由于各种原因致使其输出电压不仅包括对电路有用的基波成分,也包括了一些其它频率的谐波成分,这些谐波成分的存在对电路有很大的危害。因此,本文主要对三相桥式逆变电路输出电压的谐波进行了相关的研究

本文首先对三相桥式逆变电路的工作原理进行了详细的阐述,并进行了准确的波形分析和定量分析,而后阐述了PWM控制电路的相关理论知识。在此基础上,充分利用MATLAB中Simulink仿真工具的优越性对三相PWM型逆变电路进行了建模仿真,并详细介绍了其建模过程以及参数的设定方法。最后重点分析了仿真结果确定了谐波的分布规律,并改变其中的相关参数,明确了谐波的影响因素。得出的结论对以后的教学以及相关的理论研究具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:As we all know, in the last few decades, power electronics technology has been rapid development. the inverter technology, one  of the  core , has also been widespread  concern. So as the basis of the inverter, inverter power, etc. also graduate to people's lives. However, due to various reasons, the output voltage not only includes the fundamental components useful to the circuit, but also includes some other frequencies of harmonic components. the existence of these harmonic components of the circuit has a great harm. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the  harmonics  of the output  voltage of the three-phase inverter circuit.

In this paper, the working principle of the three-phase bridge inverter circuit is described in detail, and the accurate waveform analysis and quantitative analysis are carried out. Then the relevant theoretical knowledge of the PWM control circuit is expounded. On this basis, the advantages of Simulink simulation tool in MATLAB are fully utilized to model and simulate the three-phase PWM inverter circuit, and its modeling process and parameter setting method are introduced in detail. Finally, the simulation results show that the distribution of the harmonics is determined, the relevant parameters are changed, and the influencing factors of the harmonics are clarified. The conclusion is of some reference value to the future  teaching and the  related theoretical research.
