摘要:随着我国经济水平的不断发展和人们物质文化生活水平的显著提高,最近这几年以来,电子商务发展迅猛、网络购物快速兴起,随之带动的物流产业更是蒸蒸日上,从而对快递行业提出了更高的要求。快件几乎已经每家每户的生活必需品,越来越多的包裹快件导致很多传统的人工分拣快件的方式跟不上了时代发展的潮流。其次,伴随着计算机自动化技术的迅猛发展,计算机在工业自动化中显得尤其重要。此设计就是为了解决分拣成本高、效率低下、速度慢等一系列问题,建立一个高效率、低成本的自动分拣物流系统,从而大大降低了劳动力成本,提高了劳动生产率,具有重要意义。

这篇论文主要介绍了PLC控制系统的软件和硬件的设计,以及仿真方法。本系统采用西门子S7-200系列的PLC实现控制分拣装置的系统设计。主要内容是在实际分拣要求的基础上,首先了解系统的主要情况,选取4个分拣点进行设计,然后利用step7-micro/win进行梯形图的编程,并对梯形图中关键的程序,如分拣、计数等进行了解释和说明,其次就是实现硬件的设计。最后在电脑上通过组态王软件进行了上位机的设计和仿真。将PLC的I/O口和组态王的画面对应起来,组态王和PLC通过PPI通信方式进行通讯,最后进行动画仿真展示。仿真结果表明了该系统的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:With the continuous development of China's economic level and the significant improvement of people's material and cultural living standards, over the past few years, e-commerce has developed rapidly, and online shopping emerged, followed by  the thriving logistics industry, which thus set higher requirements on the express industry. Express almost becomes necessities of life for each household. With the growing number of packages, the traditional manually-sorting express cannot keep up with  the development of the times. Secondly, with the rapid development of computer and automation technology, computer becomes particularly important in industrial automation. This design is to solve a series of problems, such as high cost, low efficiency, and low speed. Establishing such a high-efficiency, low-cost automatic sorting logistics system, can greatly reduce the labor costs and improve labor productivity, which is of great significance.

This paper mainly introduces the software and hardware design and simulation method of PLC control system. The system uses the Siemens S7-200 PLC to realize the system design of controlling sorting device. The main content includes  first understanding the main condition of the system based on the actual requirements, choosing 4 sorting places to design, then using step 7-micro/win to do the ladder programming, explaining the key steps of the ladder diagram, such as sorting, counting and so on and making hardware design. Finally, design and simulate the master computer by Kingview software on the computer. There is a one-to-one match between the PLC’s I/O port and Kingview software’s screen. Also, the Kingview and PLC through the PPI communication to communicate and finally the animation simulation displays. The simulation results show the reliability and stability of the system.
