摘要:稳定可靠的工业控制系统在工业生产过程中至关重要,PLC凭借其高效稳定、运行可靠、控制简单的特点广泛的应用于各个领域的工业控制系统中。

本文以智能自动变频恒压供水系统为工程背景,重点研究了PLC工控系统的构建,包括其结构组成及工作原理;系统组件的硬件设计及设备选型;分析异步电机变频调速原理并利用MATLAB建立PID变频恒压仿真模型;工控系统电路设计,控制流程设计及软件编程;基于组态王的监控系统设计。

设计基于西门子S7-200PLC与变频器通讯控制电机变频/工频运行调节供水网络出水口的水压。设计过程遇到中如何使水压稳定的问题,采用负反馈闭环控制设计PID变频恒压模型。为方便操作人员使用供水系统并针对系统运行时产生的数据监控及系统报警,本文设计了基于组态王的计算机控制监控报警人机界面,可直接通过画面进行控制系统运行情况和实时监控水压数据,实现了PLC工控系统的数据操作和管理

Abstract:Stable and reliable industrial control system is very important in the process of industrial production. PLC is widely used in industrial control systems in various fields because of its high efficiency, stability, reliable operation and simple control.

In this paper, the intelligent automatic constant pressure water supply system for engineering background, focus on the construction of PLC control system, including its structure and working principle; hardware system design and equipment selection of components; analysis of asynchronous motor principle is established by using MATLAB PID simulation model of variable frequency and constant pressure control system; circuit design, software design and process control programming design of monitoring system based on Kingview.

The design is based on SIEMENS S7-200 PLC and frequency converter communication, control motor frequency / frequency operation, adjust the water supply network outlet water pressure. In the process of design, how to make the water pressure stable, a negative frequency feedback closed loop control design is put forward to design the PID frequency conversion constant voltage model. Alarm to facilitate the operation of water supply system and data monitoring and system for system operation, this paper designs the Kingview man-machine interface based on computer control monitoring and alarm, can be directly carried out the running situation of the control system and the real-time monitoring data of water through the screen, the PLC industrial control system data management and operation.
