摘要:混合动力汽车是对提高车辆经济性和减少排放性的改进方案之一,已渐渐成为目前整个汽车工业发展的重点和趋势,它的出现极大地改进了电动车的能源技术和控制策略与手段的发展。而为了考察并监测整个其运转状况,则必须对行驶车辆上的各部件进行参数的采集、分析和处理,因此数据的采集控制对整体车辆的观测与调试具有重要的意义。本论文将实现一种DSP的数据采集系统,该系统采用RS232和CAN作为数据通信接口,构成一种以数据采集、传输、存储、显示等多种功能为一体的数据采集系统。30592
本设计是基于TMS320F2812为核心的的混合动力汽车数据采集与处理系统,该系统主要由TMS320F2812型的DSP数字处理芯片,串口通信SP3232电平转换芯片,CAN控制器80C250以及上位机PC组成。该系统的工作过程为:混合动力汽车各信号节点通过CAN总线将参数传输给DSP,由TMS320F2812对采集到的数据进行处理后,再以串口通信方式经RS232送往PC机,并在VB编写的上位机界面中实现显示、存储和打印等功能。
因此,本文主要研究并解决的问题:1)选择合适的DSP型号;2)以DSP为核心的数据采集与处理系统的硬件设计;3)以CCS为开发平台的DSP软件设计;4) 以VB编写的上位机PC的程序设计;5)对本数据采集和处理系统软件进行调试;

The design of Hybrid electric vehicle Data Acquisition System Based on DSP
ABSTRACT:Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) as a case of the best solution to improve economy and emission of the vehicle,and gradually become the strategic focus of the automotive industry in the 21st century,It appears to promote energy technologies and control strategies and means of development of electric vehicle.In order to investigate and monitor the operation of the car,it need to collect,analysis and process the parameters of the moving cars in inpidual parts,Therefor,data collection controls has important implication for vehicle monitoring and debugging.This paper intends to complete a data acquisition system based on a DSP and a PC,the port and the CAN are used be data communication interface in this system,become a data collection,transmission,storage,display and other function as one of the data acquisition system.
The design is based on TMS320F2812 DSP of the TI company as the core of the hybrid electric vehicle data acquisition and procession system,the system consists of a digital processor TMS320F2812 ,SP323 level convert chip of serial communication, CAN controller 80C250 and PC.Working process of the system is:the parameters of the each signal node of hybrid electric vehicle is transfer to DSP by CAN bus, and to process the collected by TMS320F2812 after,then sent to the PC with the RS232 serial communication,and achieve the display,storage and printing functions in the VB PC interface
Therefor,this paper study and solve major problems:1)Select the appropriate DSP models;2)Hardware design of the data acquisition and processing system as the core of DSP;3)Software design of the DSP by the CCS development platform;4)Written in VB PC programming;5)Debug the software of the data acquisition and processing system;
