摘要本文针对城市居民出行调查理论与技术展开研究,阐述了开展居民交通出行调查的内容和意义,总结了现有的各种调查方式及其优缺点。根据国内外居民出行调查方式的发展趋势,移动智能终端将代替人工调查方式或便携式GPS,成为未来获取位置信息的主要工具。因此,开发一套基于移动网络、连接了移动智能终端与数据处理中心的居民出行调查综合解决方案,能够获取大量交通调查样本,有利于相关部门制定交通规划、研究交通问题。33394
本文给出了基于移动智能终端的居民出行调查系统的详细设计方案,包括用户和管理员两端的应用程序及数据处理程序,功能较为完善。整个系统在运行过程中需要人工参与的部分少,大部分工作可依靠预先写好的程序完成,在实际使用中既可以降低受访者参与交通出行调查的负担,又能保证调查高效开展,在各方面都优于传统的调查方式。由该系统获取的大量数据,在大数据时代,可给数据挖掘及应用提供更多可能。

Title Design and Implementation of Residents Trip Survey System
Based on Intelligent Mobile Terminals
Abstract
This paper aims at studying the residents’ trip surveys which are carried out in many cities. The content and significance of residents’ trip survey are summarized. We also summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing investigation methods. We found that intelligent mobile terminals will replace the manual methods and/or the portable GPS-based methods, and will be treated as the main tool to acquire the location information in the future while conducting the residents’ trip survey. Therefore, it will be of much help to develop a integrated solutions which is based on the mobile network, connecting mobile intelligent terminals and the data processing center. Through this system, we can get much traffic survey samples, which is conducive for the relevant department to solve traffic problems.
This paper gives a detailed design of residents’ trip survey system that based on mobile intelligent terminal program. The system includes Android application, hypervisor and a data progress program. There is only a few part need human intervention in this system, while most of the other work can be done with the help of pre-written program. Actually, this system can not only reduce the burden on respondents involved in personal trip survey, but also ensure that the investigation carried out efficiently. It is superior to the traditional method of investigation in almost every respect. Large amounts of data captured by the system in the era of big data, provides more possibilities for data mining and applications.

1.1 研究背景
居民出行调查是城市交通规划的重要信息来源,在整个交通规划中所占成本支出较大,其内容包括出行信息、个人属性信息和社会经济属性信息三大类。其中出行信息包括:起止点分布、出行目的、出行方式、出行时间、出行次数等,其调查数据为各项城市交通问题的研究提供了基础资料[ ]。传统的出行调查方法采用入户访谈(Face-to-Face)、计算机辅助电话调查(CATI)等方式,这些方法本质上都依赖于被访者对行程的回忆和主观认知,因此不可避免的存在受访者负担大、数据精度低等问题,影响后续数据分析工作[ ]。
