摘要随着社会工业技术的进步,电机的发展速度非常的快,并且种类越来越多,目前市场上最常见的也最主要有同步电机、异步电机和直流电机三种。这三种电机各有各自的优缺点,与交流电机相比,传统直流电机调速性能优越,可平滑调速,但其换相困难,易产生火花,维修困难且价格昂贵。不管是工业还是农业,其都受到了很大的限制。为了适应于工农业领域的发展,无刷直流电机应运而生。传统的直流电机通过运用集成电路和电力电子器件等新型器件对自身进行改进得到无刷直流电机。无刷直流电机既具有传统直流电机的优点,也具有交流电机的结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便等优点,换句话说则是将直流电机和交流电机的优点集于一身。如今,无刷直流电机已运作于各领域。本文是对无刷直流电机的双闭环控制系统进行仿真。本文以功率为2KW 的电机为模型,先对无刷直流电机的数学模型进行分析,采用PID 速度-电流调节器对无刷直流电机进行双闭环控制,然后在参数设置、接线图、原理图设计的基础上,进行 C++语言编程,在Matlab/simulink 中进行PWM技术控制的无刷直流电机仿真实验,并调试,得出结果。结果表明无刷直流电机在双闭环系统控制下可以稳定、安全的工作,保持最佳的静态、动态特性。58610 毕业论文关键词:无刷直流电机、双闭环控制、仿真、MATLAB
Abstract With the progress of social industrial technology, the speed of the development ofmotor is very fast and it has more and more types. At the current market,the synchronousmotor, induction motor and DC motor are the most common and main motors. These threekinds of motors have their own advantages and disadvantages, compared with the ACmotor, the traditional DC motor’s speed control performance is superior and smooth, but itis difficult to change and easy to produce sparks, it’s maintenance is difficult and expensive.Whether in industry or agriculture, it has been greatly restricted. In order to adapt to thedevelopment of industrial and agricultural areas, brushless DC motor came into being.The traditional DC motor is improved by using the new devices such as integratedcircuit and power electronic devices. Brushless DC motor not only has the advantage oftraditional DC motor but also has the advantage of AC motor, such as simple structure,reliable operation and convenient maintenance, etc. In other words, the advantages of DCmotor and AC motor is set in a body. Now, the brushless DC motor has been operating invarious fields. This paper is about the simulation of double closed loop control system forbrushless DC motor.In this paper,wo use the motor whose power is 2kw as the modle,first,we analyse the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor, using PID speed currentregulator to control Brushless DC motor double closed loop. Then programming C + +language on the base of setting the parameter, wiring diagram, designing schematic. At last,we conduct simulation experimental of the brushless DC motor by using PWM controltechnology in Matlab / Simulink, and debugging. The results show that the brushless DCmotor can work stably and safely under the control of double closed-loop system, it cankeep the static and dynamic characteristics of the best.
