摘要电气测试柜是一种根据设备逻辑功能通过给定相应信号并对比输出结果来对设备进行检测的电气柜。本文主要介绍电气测试柜主控制版的硬件电路设计部分。在本次设计过程中，首先通过了解系统通讯控制板的主要功能来划分模块，分为通信转换模块、电源模块、模拟电子负载模块、数据采集及控制模块四个模块的原理图设计，从而明确控制卡的设计思路。再次利用AltiumDesigner应用软件完成控制卡的设计，实现复位电路、时钟电路、电压转换电路、CAN通讯电路、RS485通讯电路，继电器电路等。创建原理图库和PCB库，建立原理图库和PCB库的联系，生成集成库。最后导出PCB元件，元器件布局、布线，生成PCB板。66230

Title   The Hardware Circuit Design on Main Control Bord of      Electric Test Cabinet        

Abstract

The electrical testing cabinet is a kind of cabinet which gives equipment output signal that based on logical function of the device and compare the standard to get results at the same time .This paper mainly introduces the Hardware Circuit Design on Main Control Bord of electric test cabinet.In the process, first of all, pided communication conversion module into power module, analog electronic load module, data acquisition and control module through the understanding the main functions of the system communication board module , thus clear design idea of control card. Again using Altium Designer to complete the design of the control card, to realize voltage conversion circuit, reset circuit, CAN communication circuit, RS485 communication circuit, relay circuit, etc. Create principle gallery and PCB library, establish the principle of gallery and PCB library, generate integration library. Finally export PCB components, component layout, wiring, generate the PCB.
