摘要随着社会进步,科技发展,提高企业科技水平和工业自动化程度已经成为大 势所趋。其中,利用软件设计和应用的方式成为主流。Intouch 组态软件就是一 种在工业上常用的自动控制软件,它为工程提供了可靠的链接并且传递了实时的 信息。72276

压风机是矿井的主要设备之一,压风机集控系统就是要实现对压风机房各设 备的监测、控制等全过程的动态管理,为管理者提供准确的信息。对矿井压风机 的控制通过 Intouch 组态软件来实现,提高了压风机系统工作效率,也保障了设 备运行的稳定可靠。本次设计是以 Intouch 组态软件为核心,对集控系统操作界 面、压风机实时数据和运行脚本的设计,同时,针对矿井现场存在的问题和整个 矿井压风机集控系统进行了软件方案的设计,设计给出了具体步骤以及基本制作 过程,并对集控系统的功能实现做了相关设计。

基于 Intouch 组态软件的矿井压风机集控系统能实现矿井压风机的自动化运 行和有效管理,运行可靠性较高,综合效益显著。

The design of mine air compressor control system based on INTOUCH

Abstract Along with the social progress, scientific and technological development, improving the level of science and technology, as well as industrial automation has become a trend。 Among them, the use of software for design and application has been a mainstream。 Intouch configuration software is a kind of automation software commonly used in industry, which can provide a reliable connection to the projects and can deliver real-time information。

Air compressor is one of the main mine equipment, whose centralized control system can provide exact information for the manager through the dynamic management of the detection and control of the device in the room of the air compressor。 Mine air compressor controlled by Intouch configuration software can improve its efficiency and guarantee the reliable operation of the equipment。 This paper is based on Intouch configuration software which focuses on the design of the centralized control system interface, real-time data of the air compressor and the run scripts, at the same time, this paper also designs the software for the on-site problems and a whole set of mine air compressor control system, which provides the concrete steps and the basic production process and makes some design for function of the centralized control system。

The centralized control system of the mine air compressor based on the Intouch configuration software can achieve the automation and the effective management of the mine air compressor, which can improve the reliability and the comprehensive benefit significantly。
