本文是关于德州市巨泰机床制造有限公司生产的 T2225 型深孔镗床提出的 技术改造项目。其原本控制系统是由继电器与接触器组合而成的传统控制系统, 采用硬接线方式,因而存在着诸多弊端。例如产品精度不高,稳定性差,容易产 生废品;系统反应速度偏慢,存在延迟;控制线路杂乱,长时间工作运行会使其 线路表面绝缘层老化或破裂,极易造成短路,给设备和生产人员带来极大的安全 隐患。

在仔细对原本控制系统进行分析后,着重对原系统存在的问题和以后发展和 生产的要求,结合用户提出的要求,给出了采用 PLC(可编程序控制器)来控制 的方案。

本方案主要由可编程控制器、触摸屏、变频器及组态软件构成,它可以使主 电机软启动和平稳调速,实现电机速度可控化。依靠编程进行输入控制,实现控 制智能化、自动化。具备人机交互、故障记录功能,大大的提高了产品加工的能 力,减轻了劳动者的工作强度,降低了故障发生率,灵活度有了显著的提高,给 工厂带来了巨大的经济效益。

该改造方案实施效果良好,符合预期功能要求,具有良好的经济性和实用性, 适合推广应用,具备良好的发展前景。
