摘要单体液压支柱在煤矿采煤工作面中起重要支护作用, 三用阀是其关键 部件,三用阀出厂使用前必须进行调节和性能检测,因此研制三用阀自动 试验台意义重大。本文主要针对本三用阀自动试验台计算机测控系统进行了设 计,包括电气控制系统设计和测控软件设计两个部分。73826

在对试验台机械系统和液压系统进行了详细的分析后,首先确定了试验台电 控系统的设计方案,设计出了能够满足试验要求的电控系统,包括:油泵电机控 制电路、装卸控制电路、调压控制电路等;为了便于实物的安装,还绘制了电器 元件布局图、电气接线图及接线表。然后对测控系统的重要元器件进行了详细的 选型设计。

本文还开发了计算机测控软件。采用 Visual Basic 6.0 进行了编程设计, 运用 Microsoft Office Access 建立数据库,设计了软件的各个界面,给出了部 分程序流程图及重要程序。

最后撰写了电控系统和计算机软件的安装调试大纲,以确保测控系统的可靠 性。

Design on Measurement and Control System for the Automatic Test-bed of the Three-use Valve of the Hydraulic Single Prop for Coal Mine

Abstract Hydraulic single prop for coal mine is our main coal mining face  support equipment, three-use valve is the critical component of it, and performance testing must be adjusted before the three-use valve be used in the factory. Therefore ,the development of automatic test-bed for testing the three-use valve is significant .This paper mainly deals with two parts, including electrical control system designing and the design of software for computer measurement and control system.

After carefully analyzing the mechanical system and hydraulic  system,  the electrical control system has been designed, which meets the requirements of experiments, including a pump motor control circuit, loading and unloading control circuit,press regulating control circuit; for ease of wiring and installation, electrical layout , wiring diagram and wiring table have been designed . Then the important electrical components and computer hardware have been carefully designed.

This paper also developed a software for computer control. For programming design, Visual Basic is used. To establish a database, Microsoft Office Access database management system is used. It also designs various software interfaces , gives important part of the process flow diagram and procedures.

Finally, in order to ensure the reliability of the designed system,this paper gives out the installation and commission of the electronic control system and the computer software.
