摘要覆冰是对输电线路影响最为严重的灾害之一,覆冰灾害会导致冰闪、杆塔倒塌断线 甚至电力系统瘫痪。安全高效地除冰是应对输电线路覆冰灾害的有效手段之一。机械除 冰法由于在除冰过程中不需要断电,能耗少效率高而被广泛应用。但是机械除冰法需要 按顺序进行,可能会对输电线路及杆塔造成一定的负面影响,对机械除冰法的除冰次序 进行优化研究可以大大减小除冰过程中可能产生的最大不平衡张力,从而保证机械除冰 的安全性。目前智能算法对除冰次序的优化研究有一定效果,但算法效率和收敛速度还 有待提高。人工蜂群算法对解决离散 TSP 问题具有优越的收敛速度,因此论文利用人工 蜂群算法对输电线路除冰次序进行了优化研究。论文首先建立了架空送电线路力学计算 模型,评估每次一档除冰后的应力分布。在此基础上建立了基于人工蜂群算法的除冰次 序优化模型,最后用初始覆冰厚度为 30mm 的六档输电线路仿真实例分析算法有效性,给 出了运用模型除冰次序优化后与未优化时杆塔承受不平衡力的对比数据。80211

Title Optimization of Deicing Sequence of Transmission Line Based on Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm
Abstract Transmission line icing is one of the most destructive disasters which causes icing flashover,tower collapse and even breakdown of the electric system。Deicing safely and efficiently is one of the effective means to deal with transmission line ice disaster。Deicing safely and efficiently plays an significant role in power system operating without accident。Mechanical deicing has been widely used for its no need to blackout and efficiency。However,it ought to be operated in order which may lead to side effects。Optimizing deicing order of mechanical deicing can largely decrease the maximum imbalanced force which may appear in deicing process so that safety can be ensured。Intelligent algorithm has made some contribution to the research on optimizing deicing order so far , though efficiency and rate of convergence still need to be improved。Considering ABC has a superior convergence speed to tackle discrete TSP,this thesis utilizes ABC to make an optimization study of deicing order。Firstly,this thesis establishes a calculation model of Mechanics of overhead transmission line to assess stress distribution after each file of deicing。After that it sets up optimizing deicing order model based on ABC。Finally,it presents comparative data of imbalanced force the tower sustains before and after deicing order optimization by using simulation example of six files transmission line to analyze the validity of the algorithm。
