摘要: 我国作为世界人口的第一大国,各方面需求都日益渐增。农业、工业、畜牧业等储备行业的正常稳定发展,决定着我国整个人口的生活标准与安全水平。氨气,Ammonia,NH3,是一种无色的但是却有超强刺激性气味的气体,特别在工业、农业等行业有着重要的作用。我们可以随处看到其使用在农场,工厂的各个方面,并且,能为工业与农业带来巨大发展利润与前景。然而,在使用过程中,随处可见的会因为某些不正当的使用,给人们造成了严重的生命和财产安全。严重如集体中毒,造成人员伤亡。因此,本文提出并设计了一种有关单片机和氨气检测的监测系统,系统以STC89C52单片机为核心,配合氨气检测传感器MQ135,ADC模电转换模块、串口通信、VB显示界面等技术完成关于氨气传感器监测系统的开发和设计。在设计过程中,单片机编程、VB界面编程以及ADC数据采集方面由于时序错误,造成数据一直读取处理失败,但是,经过多方面资料的学习和坚持不懈的研究,最终实现了系统所预期的效果,能够测量环境下的氨气浓度,并根据实际需要进行报警门限设定,超出后报警,此外,定期向上位机界面发送测量到的浓度数据。81168

Development and design of monitoring system based on ammonia sensors
Abstract: As the largest country in the world, China's demand for all kinds of people is increasing day by day。 Therefore, the normal and stable development of the reserve industry, such as agriculture, industry and animal husbandry, determines the living standard and safety level of the whole population of our country。 Ammonia, NH3, is a colorless, but highly irritating odor of gases, especially in the industrial, agricultural and other industries play an important role。 We can see it everywhere, on farms, in every aspect of the factory。 However, in the process of use, it can be found everywhere because of some improper use, which has caused serious life and property safety。 There are some serious events such as collective poisoning, causing casualties。 Therefore, this paper proposed and designed a monitoring system of single chip microcomputer and ammonia detection sensor based on STC89C52 microcontroller as the core system with ammonia detection sensor MQ135, ADC mode power conversion module, serial communication, VB display interface technology to complete the design and development of gas sensor monitoring system。 In the process of design, microcontroller programming, VB programming interface and the ADC data acquisition due to timing errors caused by data has been read to handle failures, however, many studies of learning and unremittingly, finally achieve the expected effect of the system, capable of measuring ammonia concentration environment, and the alarm threshold is set according to the actual beyond the need after the alarm In addition, send the concentration data measured by the sending host computer interface regularly。
