摘要现如今船舶工业发展迅猛,船舶制造业的竞争也是日益激烈,因此提高效率和降低成本已经成为众多船舶制造企业面临的首要问题。而船舶吊装又是船舶生产设计的重要组成部分,所以如今各大造船厂都希望能在船舶吊装这一方面采取一些措施来节约成本、提高效率。这就要求我们在吊装实施前对船舶吊装的流程有一个完善的计划,从而避免实际吊装中有所亏损。
Plant Simulation 软件是西门子公司的一款面向对象的工业仿真软件,它有着强大的生产流程建模功能,利用图形化建模的方式,通过系统提供的应用模板对象和基本对象,使用户能够快速构建模型。因此本文通过Plant Simulation软件对船舶吊装计划进行的仿真分析。81332
首先,以上海某船舶制造企业为研究对象,调查研究此船厂的日常吊装流程以及设备条件等参数并进行搜集,便于仿真分析时使用。
然后,选取某一类型的船舶,研究船舶的分段吊装图,制定出一整艘船舶的分段吊装计划。
接着在计算机中使用Plant Simulation软件建立吊装计划的仿真分析模型并输入调查研究所搜集的船厂数据,同时对所建立的模型进行观察与分析。
最后通过调整仿真船厂的船舶吊装流程和船舶吊装方式,来发现船舶吊装过程中存在的一系列问题。从船舶吊装的信息管理,设备生产和劳动力资金投入等方面对此船厂的船舶吊装效率进行调整。结合整个分析过程和分析结果得出报告。

Abstract Now ship industry developing rapidly, ship manufacturing industry competition is increasingly fierce, so improving the efficiency and reducing cost has become the top issue that many shipbuilding enterprises faced。 However ship lifting is an important part of ship's production design, so now the major shipyards all hoping to take some measures to save cost and improve efficiency。 This requests us to have a perfect plan about the lifting hoisting process before we start lifting, so as to avoid the actual lifting having a loss。
Plant Simulation software is object-oriented software of Siemens industry, it has powerful production process modeling, through the graphical modeling way and the application of the system to provide the template objects and basic object, allowing users to quickly build model。 This article analysis the plan of ship hoisting through the software named Plant Simulation。
First of all, use a shipbuilding enterprise in Shanghai as the research object, research the shipyard daily lifting process and equipment conditions and parameters, such as collection, to facilitate the simulation analysis。
Then, select a particular type of ship, researching the ship block hoisting figure, work out a plan for a whole ship of subsection hoisting。
Next, using Plant Simulation select a Simulation model of the lifting plan in computer and enter the shipyard data collected by survey research institute, as well as the observation and analysis of the proposed model。
Finally, a series of problems existed in the process of the ship lifting are found by adjusting the ship lifting flow and the method of the ship lifting。 Adjust the ship lifting efficiency in the ship lifting information management, equipment production and labor capital investment and other aspects。 Combine the analysis process and the results of the analysis to get the report。
