摘要配料生产是一个将各种生产所需的原料按照一定的比例混合到一起,然后经过后期各种处理,最后生产出某种产料的生产过程。随着工业控制领域技术的不断发展,配料控制系统已经经历了从传统手工配料方式到自动配料方式的转变。自动配料系统的采用既节省了人力,减少了原材料的浪费,又使得配料生产的效率得到了提高。82320
本文首先进行了自动配料系统结构的整体设计,然后进行了PLC产品的选型和学习,最后基于WinCC完成配料系统设计的实现。
本文中设计的自动配料系统采用组态软件WinCC对配料生产过程进行统一监控,下位机采用西门子PLC负责控制生产现场的实际配料操作。在实际的配料过程中,只需要将原材料加入到相应的料仓,然后再WinCC人机交互界面中设定生产所需的配料比,自动配料系统就能够准确快速的完成配料操作,并且能够对料仓内料位不足、皮带打滑跑偏、温度异常等配料生产中出现的问题进行报警并自动停止配料操作。

Abstract Proportioning production is the production process in which all kinds of necessary materials for the production are mixed together according to a certain proportion。 Then, after various post-processing, some kind of production material is produced。 With the continuous development of technologies in the industrial control field, the batching control system has gone through the transformation from traditional manual proportioning ways to automatic proportioning ways。 The adoption of automatic proportioning systems saved manual labor, reduced the waste of raw materials and improved the efficiency of proportioning production。
This paper first performed the overall design of the structure of automatic proportioning systems。 Then, it performed model selection and studying of PLC products。 At last, it achieved the realization of batching system design based on WinCC。
The automatic batching system designed in this paper adopts configuration software WinCC to perform unified monitoring on the batching production process。 The lower machine adopts Siemens PLC to control the practical batching operation of the production site。 In practical batching processes, we only need to put the raw materials into the corresponding bunker and set the proportioning ratio that the production needs in the human computer interaction interface of WinCC, the automatic batching system will accomplish the batching operation accurately and fast。 And, it can give an alarm for the problems occurring in proportioning production, such as insufficient materials in the bunker, belt slip and deviation and abnormal temperature,etc。 At the same time, it will stop the batching operation automatically。
