摘要不锈钢自问世 100 多年以来,一直在现代工业中占据了举足轻重的地位。304 钢是奥氏体钢。奥氏体钢无需加工就有奥氏体组织。奥氏体不锈钢的优点是 极佳的耐腐蚀性、表面光泽度高、基本没有磁性。随着我国科学技术和工业发展,超 薄不锈钢材料变得越来越重要。95125

然而,不锈钢焊接接头的缺陷会由于工艺不良和材料不良造成。如:焊接接头脆 化,点蚀和应力腐蚀开裂等。经常形成联生结晶方向性强的柱状晶的焊缝组织,这使 得焊缝组织成分非常复杂。而且由于材料太薄,超薄不锈钢的焊接要求也相应提高。

通过本课题确定 T304 不锈钢的最佳焊接工艺参数及其调节范围,分析焊接方法 和薄板厚度对焊接效果的影响,得出稳定结论。

经过反复实验总结做出一些相关总结。同等厚度的 304 不锈钢薄板在电阻缝焊方 法下热影响区硬度均有一定幅度提升;在适当电流范围内,抗拉强度最高同时焊接接 头强度也最高,电流偏大或偏小都会对焊接性能产生坏影响;焊接接头塑性随电流增 大变强,渐渐趋于平稳;使不同厚度的 304 不锈钢板焊接接头强度达到最佳的电流也 不相同。

However , due to the defects of welding joints of stainless steel materials and poor technology caused by poor。 Such as: Welding embrittlement, pitting and stress corrosion cracking。 Try forming weld microstructure epitaxial growth strong directional columnar crystals, which makes the weld microstructure composition is very complicated。 But due

to the material is too thin , welding requirements ultra thin stainless steel have been increased。

The optimum welding parameters and range of T304 stainless steel are determined by   this subject。 The influence of welding method and thickness of thin plate on welding effect is analyzed, and the stability conclusion is obtained After repeated experiments to make some relevant summary。 304 stainless steel sheet of the same thickness in resistance welding method under the hardness of heat affected zone were improved; in the appropriate current range, the highest tensile strength and the strength of welded joint is highest, the current is too large or too small will have a bad effect on the properties of welded joint of plastic welding; with the increase of the current strong, gradually stabilized; the 304 stainless steel plate with different thickness of the welded joint strength to achieve the best current is not the same。
