摘要:从劳动法及劳动保护法规的理论的角度为切入点,主要阐述了女职工由于自身生理特点和抚育子女的需要而理应得到特殊照顾的权利。本论文针对女职工权益文护的现状进行了多方面的调查,发现了在我国的社会现状中,劳动法在实践中由于各种原因而产生的制约,保护和范围远远不足。就以国内企业司法实践的基本情况对中国市场经济环境下女职工特殊保护的若干问题进行分析和阐释,普及了法律知识,提出了相关建议。作为弱势群体的女员工要提高保护意识,同时呼吁有关部门完善相关规定。20077

The Spelial Protection of Femal Workers
Abstact:This article from the perspective of the theory of labor law and labor protection laws and regulations as the breakthrough point, discusses the female worker due to its physiological characteristics and the needs of the child-care deserves special care.
