摘要P2P网络借贷模式是当前一项重要的金融创新形式，引起了金融行业乃至整个社会的高度关注。我国传统的贷款模式很难满足民间借贷的实际需要，在信息技术的推动下P2P网络借贷模式兴起，满足了小微企业和一般民众的融资需要。但是P2P网贷优势和劣势并存且风险问题日益显现。本文首先论述了中国P2P网络借贷的发展近况、存在的风险以及行业规范现状，接着通过对比国内外主要的P2P网络借贷平台及其发展模式的不同，指出对中国的P2P网贷平台和网贷行业的借鉴意义。然后经过灰色关联分析得出结论，提出分别从政府角度、平台自身角度以及借款者和贷款者角度来防控P2P网贷平台及网贷行业风险的措施。 51052

A Study of Financial Risk Supervision on Internet in China -- A Case of P2P network lending

Abstract

As an important model of financial innovation, P2P network lending platform attracted the attention of the financial sector and the whole society. China's traditional lending model cannot satisfy the actual demands of private lending, driven by information technology, P2P network lending model rose, meeting the financing demands of small and micro businesses and the general public. But P2P network lending strengths and weaknesses coexist and this problem became increasingly apparent. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of P2P network lending risks and the status of industry standards, followed by comparison of different domestic and international major P2P network lending platform and model, pointed to China's P2P net loan platform and net loan industry reference significance. Then concluded by empirical analysis, this paper conducted preventing P2P network lending platform risk measures respectively, from the perspectives of government, platform itself as well as borrowers and lenders.
